We may suspend or terminate access at any time.

You represent that your content:

  • does not infringe rights

  • is not defamatory or misleading

8.3 Moderation Rights

We may remove or edit content at our sole discretion without notice.

12.2 CAP ON LIABILITY

Where liability cannot be excluded, total aggregate liability shall not exceed SGD $100 or the amount paid by you in the last 12 months (if any), whichever is lower.

12.3 STATUTORY LIMITATION

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any liability which cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

13. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QVB Holdings Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates from all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) arising from:

  • your breach of these Terms

  • your misuse of the Platform

  • your content

  • your violation of laws

  • infringement of third-party rights

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control including:

  • cyberattacks

  • internet or infrastructure failures

  • natural disasters

  • pandemics

  • governmental actions

  • system outages

15. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time without notice or liability.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately.

16. TIME LIMIT FOR CLAIMS

Any claim must be commenced within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose, failing which it is permanently barred.

17. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

17.1

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

17.2

Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably through good faith negotiations.

17.3 ARBITRATION

If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in Singapore.

  • One arbitrator

  • English language

  • SIAC Rules apply

17.4

Users agree disputes shall be brought only in their individual capacity and not as part of any collective or representative action.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid and enforceable.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and QVB Holdings Pte. Ltd. regarding use of the Platform.
